The construction of a country house takes into account many different aspects. This is the relief of the site, and soil features, and all kinds of communications, engineering networks. There are no and cannot be trifles in these matters. Not only the construction life of the construction depends on how seriously you approach the organization of construction, but also how often you have to “patch holes” and how successful “regular” repair work will be. In our climate, special attention should be paid to thermal insulation. As a rule, we are talking about thermal insulation of the roof, facade, floor, air ducts and pipes (for this, PPU bends are used). Here, the quality of the materials used and the professionalism of those who are engaged in this complex and responsible business is equally important here. If everything is done correctly, your heating costs will be significantly reduced. After all, 30-40 percent of heat at home is lost precisely due to insufficient insulation. The most common materials for insulation of roofs, floors and walls are mineral wool and polystyrene. In this case, insulation can be carried out in different ways: “dry” (in this case, the insulation is covered with one or another finishing material) and “wet” (plaster is used as a coating). Do not forget about modern double -glazed windows. Up to a quarter of heat, the house may lose due to an insufficiently insulated roof and attic. The troubles of a poorly insulated attic with a high degree of probability will be not only cold, but also damp, which means mold, far from harmless, extremely dangerous to health. What is the advantage of mineral wool? It is durable and, importantly, elastic is enough to effectively fill the voids between different layers in the design of the roof. In total, the thickness of the insulation layer should be at least 30 cm. This will consider it really energy -saving.
