Operational planning can be divided into two varieties. One type of planning aims to direct and streamline the work of all construction as a whole during the year, quarter and month, and another type of planning aims to direct and streamline the work of individual construction sites, utility enterprises, workshops, etc. p. within a month, decades and shift.
The first type is called general operational planning, and the second – lower operational planning.
On the basis of a general construction plan, funds issued for a year, otherwise called limits (limits) of financing, work methods and technical estimates, annual, quarterly and monthly plans for the work of individual construction or construction of the trust as a whole are compiled. An annual and quarterly plans find expression in the so -called technical construction plans, annual and quarterly.
The annual technical construffin plan contains a list of works to be implemented, their cost based on estimates, required funds (labor, materials, money, etc.), the sources of their coverage, the procedure for delivery, distribution and expenditure over time. The work procedure and the necessary resources in the calendar context are justified by the plan (project) of the organization of work. In technical constructionfin planes, the necessary salary funds and justification of all indicators are calculated: labor productivity, production, etc.
The annual technical construction fisdoplan is developed on the basis of the instructions of the Main Directorate or the People’s Commissariat and it is approved.
Each quarter of the construction department or the trust, quarterly technical constructions are compiled, which are aimed at ultimately fulfilling the directive annual plan.
Monthly on the basis of the quarterly plan, construction management or trust draws up monthly directive tasks for construction sites (offices) for facilities and as a whole for utility enterprises, transport, etc.
