When building its own site, I would like to pay attention not only to the main building – the house, but also for other buildings located on the territory of the land. The most obvious of them is the construction of a bathhouse and there are several nuances that need to be solved even when building the foundation. Of course, the usual type of foundation that was placed for the home can be suitable for him, but as an alternative option, you can consider the columnar type of foundation. Initially, you need to schematically plan the building, determine where the “pre -Bannik” and the bath section itself will be located in order to know where the furnace will be located.
Under it you will need to pour a continuous foundation. For him you will need a pit at a distance of about half a meter in depth. You will need sand, crushed stone, which are laid out alternately in two layers, and then a concrete base. Next, we move to the foundation of the structure, for this in the corners, and then around the perimeter you need to drill holes of 1 meter to a depth, the distance between them should be no more than two meters. In each of the holes, you need to fill a small layer of sand and insert steel pipes, and even better than the asbestos -cement. Recently, many people use this in Crimea.
The rest of the space between the soil and the pipe must be filled with crushed stone. It is worth checking the stability of the pipes and, then, go to pouring into these very pipes of concrete at a distance of about 30 centimeters. You should not be scared, the pipe will rise slightly, but then it will drop again, after the concrete spreads along the bottom of the pit. Then it remains only to insert the reinforcing rods and pour concrete to the edges of the pipes. Do not forget about the formwork, which digs along the edges around the perimeter of the walls. The bottom of the trench will remain to be covered with rubble, compact and pour the remaining concrete.
