When considering these mass field surveys (about 3,000 premises) of temperature in residential buildings equipped with central heating, as well as studies performed by the AKH in the Far North, we believe that the reliability of systems and normal heating of the local rooms with a calculated heating temperature is higher than -31 ° C is provided at air temperature in rooms from 18 to 22 ° C, and for areas with a calculated heating temperature of -31 ° C and below – from 19 to 23 ° C.
From the data presented, it can be seen that the reliability of heating systems is ensured only in three examined rooms. At the same time, in most (60%) of the premises, overheating is observed, unacceptable in hygienic and economic reasons, causing heat rendering to heating buildings.
It is very difficult to judge the value of this overspending according to the temperatures indoors, since during overheating the population takes measures to reduce the temperature of the premises, and a significant part of the heat is lost due to the artificial decrease in the heat -protective properties of the premises. According to the data, only on the basis of excess of temperature established in the temperature above the temperature recommended for hygienic reasons, the annual excess of heat is at least 13%.
Under the conditions of central regulation of heating systems, the calculated parameters (temperature and circulation pressure) and the temperature graph of the supplied water should provide during the heating period the heat transfer of heating devices no less than the heat consuming of the premises they serve, with the minimum heat consumption for heating of the buildings.
