This type of roofs is the easiest and does not require large costs, but it is still better to use it for household buildings. The fact is that the roof of such a plan is a dense carpet that tightly covers the base of the roof with hot mastics. Most often, two -layer roll materials are used. The base can also be single -layer and two -layer.
It is made of boards that are tightly laid and form a strong base, and the second layer is used as a leveling. Before work, the roofing material is unfolded, and for some time they are kept in this form to level and prevent rolling. More correctly lay the first layer horizontally, and the second is perpendicular. Each layer is nailed with nails. At the end of the work, rails are bent perpendicular to the cornice that holds the roofing tightly. The distance between the beam should be greater than the roller coating. Much more complicated is the roofing of Moscow using mastic. Mastic is applied to the boards, bitumen is diluted in gasoline at the rate of 2: 1.
The technology is this: molten bitumen in parts is added to the solvent, after which the mixture is mixed until smooth. Usually a primer is superimposed in two layers. Then coarse -grained sprinkling is wetted with a solvent for stronger adhesion. Then quickly covering the base of the width of the roll, lay a layer of roofing material. After covering the roof, with roll material, it must be covered with another layer of mastic.
For the roof to serve further it can be covered with aluminum paint in a mixture with bitumen varnish. All work should be done quickly, because the paint after 3 hours becomes unsuitable.
