Now in Glazliningradstroy, a new decision has been made temporary support for workers in household premises. In the development quarters, construction will begin with the construction of one of the schools for 960 students. It will be possible to place a dining room and all other service premises per 100 builders per shift.
In small quarters, for the same purposes, they begin to use a kindergarten for 280 children. These buildings are connected to permanent power supply networks.
The construction of such buildings will be carried out at the expense of their working capital with their acceptance in temporary operation. After the construction of the building in the quarter, the buildings are given in the procedure provided for by the project and are handed over to the customer.
There is another innovation in providing household premises. At the initiative of Trust No. 102, the designs of household premises were developed from separate voluminous blocks consisting of a metal frame sheathed, with wiping from mineral wool plates. Of these blocks having dimensions 10.0 x 5.0 m, dining rooms, office rooms, locker rooms, showers, including even laundry. A set of such household premises is operated for the fifth year in Trust No. 102. This type of temporary buildings in the form of volumetric blocks is widespread in the Glavromstroy and other construction organizations.
If almost all types of earthwork and the arrangement of foundations are mechanized quite well, then part of the most time -consuming works, including the trash and laying of the curb, laying and dismantling of road plates, have long remained mechanized. Navators of Trust No. 105 proposed on the basis of the DT-54 and DT-55 tractor to mount hinging equipment for transportation, unloading and installation of a curb.
The loader is equipped with hydraulic captures, and on the tractor in the front and behind, cargo platforms designed for installation of a curb are mounted – 12 pieces on each side.
