The bathhouse was invented in ancient times. For many peoples, a trip to the bathhouse was not just the opportunity to wash and take a steat, but turned into a real ritual. However, such a procedure for warming up the body in a bathhouse of different peoples was carried out differently. That is why even today there are several varieties of baths. Finland, as you know, does not differ in a warm climate. That is why a hot Finnish sauna saves in the cold of the country’s residents. The Finnish sauna is somewhat very similar to the traditional Russian bathhouse. Wet air in the sauna heats up to 70 degrees, also in the Finnish steam room is soared by brooms and, after they get caught, take contrasting water procedures. Modern saunas are not very similar to those that were built earlier. Today the sauna is equipped with a comfortable steam room, shower, pool, even jacuzzi. Earlier, the saunas were ordinary wooden huts. Sauna also appeared today, where dry air heating is practiced. In such saunas, air humidity is very small, so the temperature can be almost twice and reach one hundred and twenty degrees. However, it is not recommended to be in such a sauna for a long time, since dry air can lead to damage to the upper respiratory tract. If the case has come to discuss the baths, then one cannot help but remember about traditional Turkish baths. These baths are also called Hamam differently. Hamam is more like a palace than a steam room. This is a round -shaped room with marble or stone walls, which very often have an excellent design, for example, stained -glass windows or painting. Hamam’s luxury is able to hit even the most demanding lover of baths. The healing properties of the bath have been known for a long time, so today a trip to the bathhouse is not only a great opportunity to have a good time in the company of friends, but also to improve your health with medicinal steam.
