Carpet for lovers of special comfort created carpet – soft flooring that increases thermal and sound insulation in the room. Carpet is made both from natural materials (wool, jute fabric), and from synthetics. Natural materials, of course, are more environmentally friendly and more pleasant to the touch, but do not have wear resistance inherent in artificial fibers. Another minus of natural carpet is the exposure of moisture – the soaked coating will not be able to restore. Both natural and artificial carpet accumulate dust, and full care is impossible without regular cleaning with a vacuum cleaner. For this reason, such flooring is not recommended in apartments where allergies or asthmatics live. Linoleum of all materials used to create flooring, the most popular today is linoleum. It is made both from natural materials and from PVC – depending on this the price of the finished coating changes. Both options have a number of common advantages – excellent appearance, strength and durability, and ease of care. Unlike parquet, linoleum is resistant to moisture and can be used in the kitchen and in other rooms with a high moisture level. As for PVC coverage, they, despite their artificial components, are completely safe from the point of view of environmental friendliness. Moreover, such a coating easily fits even independently and inexpensively worth. One of the few minuses of artificial linoleum is sensitivity to temperature changes (the coating may begin to crack), as well as solvents like acetone. Natural coating is more durable and “friends” with the systems of gender insulation. The only disadvantages of natural linoleum are a fairly high price and a complex laying procedure that requires a professional hand.
